I can't believe my baby is 7!

We had a blast with this years birthday festivities! 2 bday parties one with his school friends and 1 with the fam. Super Mario was the theme and it was a blast. I LOVE ya buddy and am so lucky to have an awesome son like you. T.I.A.B., oodlies and kaboodlies, mostest-well you get it! XOXO, momma

Tonight is the start of a new me! My hubby and I are starting our weight loss journey together. We are going to try weight watchers for 3 months wish us luck! We have to get fit so we are here for our son and can enjoy doing things together as a family. Here is to a new beginning and permanent changes for the better.

The first week of 2012 is over already?!

I can't believe it's already abeen a week into 2012-it was a short work week for all of us. CB was home sick from school for 2 days and My hubbie and I had short work weeks-3days each!! I decided to try the picture a day for a year challenge so far I'm about 75% I will try and get better. As you can see in the photos we still have our Christmas decorations up. Here's to a better week!

I can't believe Christmas is over!

What a wonderful Christmas this year-it was totally LEGO's and Skylanders this year! My little guy proclaimed "BEST CHRISTMAS EVER' after opening presents how sweet is that! Anytime spent with my family and friends is the BEST EVER. We had to adjust to dah being gone that will come in time. Here is a picture of his first snow angel this year-it was a green christmas but it snowed enough for a snow angel yesterday.

Christmas Carolling!!!!!!

What a fun night-my nephew arranged for a horse and wagon to go carolling thru the neighborhood. The horses were beautiful and it was fun to watch people do double takes at a horse and wagon on a neighborhood street. We left a little to be desired as far as our singing went but all in all it was a terrific time. Thanks Al and James for lugging us thru the neighborhood!!!!!!!!

Our family tradition-

We went to the Lights Before Christmas at The Toledo Zoo last night-I don't know what number it is for my husband and I but it's number 6 for our little guy. I'm not sure he remembers the first 2 but we do. The lights were really awesome this year on the big blue spruce-they put over 50,000 blue led lights on it this year. Everything was beautiful but I do think it was the coldest trip to the lights in a long, long time. We even ran into family there and the cousins took a couple photos together.
